Tim loves being able to inspire new talent, helping the team develop their knowledge and skills under his guidance and supervision. Technically minded with a keen eye for detail, you can usually find Tim in our workshop working with his team on a repair, refurbishment or a complete new build. Tim’s always on hand to make sure units are built on time and to the highest standard and his hands-on approach is valued highly by both customers and colleagues.
