We are thrilled to announce that Mobile Visual Information Systems has been shortlisted for not just one, but two, awards from the East Midland’s Chamber Business Awards 2015.
The first award is for High Growth Business of the Year award, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland. This nomination is due to our excellent progression over the last couple of years. We’ve grown considerably – in all areas, including staff, workload and turnover – and we’re delighted that this has been recognised.
In just 12 months alone, we have doubled the size of our workforce, appointing staff across our technical, delivery and maintenance and sales operations, and over the last 2 years, our turnover has increased by a staggering 500%. This rapid expansion has seen us double the size of our equipment fleet and as a result, move into larger premises to accommodate this.
The second award is for Excellence in Innovation, sponsored by Rolls Royce. We could not be more delighted to be up for such a special award, as here at MVIS, we pride ourselves on developing new technologies to assist with our customer’s requirements.
Our product range is continually being developed in line with customer demands to complement forward thinking Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS solutions) strategies across the UK, and includes a range of CCTV and Smart Sensor radar solutions mounted on our innovative solar powered platform. We are committed to delivering greater flexibility, innovation and choice to help resolve congestion on the UK roads and management at events.
